About Us
New Sooner Technology is incorporated in Singapore on 1
February 2009. This new company is a setup by the same team
that established Sooner Technology in 1994.
Sooner Technology was founded in 1994 as an IPO for our
business partners in the USA. In 1995, we started to
assemble and manufacture computer memory modules. By late
1996, we re-structured and focused our core business as an
independent distributor, specializing in the shortage
fulfillment and excess inventory management of key computer
products and electronics components.
In 1999, we expanded our regional business coverage by
becoming a subsidiary company of the Dragon Group
International (formerly known as Flextech Group).
In 2009, due to the change in corporate direction, the
current Sooner management team, under the leadership of Mr.
Michael Yoong struck an agreement with the shareholders
of Dragon Group International to buy over and continue to
operate the components trading business.

Our Strength and Capability
We have a worldwide network of business partners and
associates to help fulfill our customers' requirements. We
have a growing database of over 1000 active worldwide
customers and vendors. This database covers all the
different industry segments from manufacturers to component
brokers and resellers. With our experience and good
understanding of the business, backed by our team of highly
motivated sales force, we are confident to be of great
service to all our customers.
